The receptionist at the hotel where I collected the keys was friendly and helpful. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as a temperamental WiFi connection, I would recommend this accommodation overall.

As a senior woman, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the apartments. The decoration was charming and had a cozy feel, making me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and easily accessible, perfect for senior people like me. I appreciated the thoughtfulness put into creating a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and helpful. It would have been nice to have a staff that is more understanding and accommodating to the needs of older guests.

The terms of stay were a bit complicated, with key collection and deposit process done in another location. I also found it unnecessary to sign an agreement that stated nothing should be changed in the apartment during my stay.

The guestrooms at Apartamentos Norte 14 are amazing! The furnished balconies are perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. And the laptop-friendly workspace is a big plus for me as I like to stay connected even during vacation.

Personally, I found the bathrooms with only a bath or shower a bit inconvenient. But hey, some people might love a good soak, right?
